Trinity River Steelhead

Had some time off to do some steelheading on the Trinity after a great season of guiding the Tahoe area. For those of you who have not fished the Trinity treat yourself this winter season to some of the best steelhead fishing California has to offer. The season is in full swing right now and will continue through mid March. Myself and the other guides here at Tahoe Fly Fishing spend a lot of time on this river throughout the winter so if you have any questions or need any equipment don’t hesitate to call or stop by the shop. We are open five days a week 10-5 and closed Wed and Sun. I just returned from a 3 day mission on the Trinity with a friend and managed to swing up a few fish while Seth landed a few nice fish nymphing. The Trinity is a great place to do some winter fishing for big strong fish.
