The Missouri River was incredible, dry fly fishing at its’ best. Always nice to fish with my Brother and one of my Nieces as well. When a fish is caught on a dry fly on the swing, after a nice long drift, we call it “Getting Rachel’d”. She just couldn’t get over the fact she hooked a fish when she wasn’t trying to! Got to fish with one of my alumni guides Aaron Fox for a few days and actually nymphed for a bit but I was always looking for the dry opportunity and luckily we found it most afternoons.
